475W N-BC Dual Glass Bifacial

Uncompromising Power Summer heat.

Salt air. Shady patches. Over time, these conditions can quietly reduce solar performance. PHONO Quasar 475W is built so you don’t have to worry about what’s happening outside. From intense Australian heat and UV exposure to coastal air and seasonal shading, its engineering works in the background, delivering reliable energy while you enjoy your home. Designed for those who prefer to invest once, without compromise. Built with robust dual glass construction and advanced cell technology, Quasar is made to perform consistently over time. Backed by class-leading 30 year product and 30 year performance warranties, it offers confidence that your system is built strong, supported for the long term, and designed to last.

The Quasar 475W features:

  • N-Type Back-Contact Cells – Relocating conductors to the rear of the cell minimises front-side shading and increases active surface area, achieving a 23.27% module efficiency (STC).

  • Dual-Glass Construction – A 2.0 mm front glass paired with 1.6 mm rear glass creates a rigid, moisture-resistant laminate that reduces micro-cracking and degradation compared to conventional plastic backsheets.

  • Bifacial Gain – The bifacial cell design allows rear-side light harvesting, providing additional yield in reflective environments such as metal roofs and light-coloured ground surfaces.

  • Temperature Performance – With a Pmax coefficient of −0.26%/°C, the module maintains strong output under high ambient temperatures.

  • Partial Shading Resilience – Optimised interconnection and cell layout improve shade tolerance and salt-mist resistance, for consistent generation across varied site conditions including coastal installations.
